E. Internal Affairs Report: no report. Lt. Duff could not be present. Incoming complaint log for June 1-30, 2012 was distributed and discussed.

F. Discussion on process and policy. Motion by George E. Carter to place policy and procedures on the agenda for next month, seconded by Barbara Carroll, motioned carried.
